Urban Farming serves a vital role in food security, community education & outreach

grow dudas, LLC purchased a .54-acre vacant residential lot in northwest Atlanta and is currently in the process of transforming it into a sustainable urban farm. grow dudas HQ, is located in the neighborhood of Carver Hills (NPU-G, Census Tract 87) where the current food insecurity rate is 17.3% compared to Fulton County's rate of 13.5%. Our farm will serve as a growing facility and educational site for the community to gather and learn how to grow their own food.

our goals

grow dudas is joining Atlanta’s urban agriculture movement by expanding access to nutritious fruits, vegetables, herbs, and fresh flowers to decrease local food insecurity rates while also creating new employment and educational opportunities. Our current goals are to:

Launch the Grow Our Own food Program to educate participants of all ages on selecting the best grow method for their, space, knowledge, and budget.
Be a champion for food equity, sustainability, and mental health & wellness through nutrition education.
Foster community engagement.
